Something newThe name of the story is Moirae: The Immortal Age. For those who don't know the word "Moirae", allow me to explain. The Moirae (More-Eye) were the three sisters or "Fates" in ancient Greek mythology. They controlled the threads of life. One sister spun the string (creating life), one sister measured the string (determining the life span), and the last sister cut the string (ending the life). So that explains the name, but the storyline itself is a futuristic one and heavily mecha based. Well anyways, I think you'll like it. -4NationFury.

"What sound echoes through the eternal night? What song of despair reaches the farthest shadow?" – Verse I of Old Man Death's Ballad, 2600.
The white city was in an uproar of applause. The crowd cheered with one voice, hands raised in celebration. A firing volley deafened their ovation as mechas of Brianniica fired in unison. The sound of the seagulls crying, the sea air the wind brought in from shore, the blossoms raining gently on the masses-- this memory would remain unforgettable. This celebration was in honor of a new era forever after known as the Immortal Age.
